Change of heart? That’s OK

We get it. Situations arise and change. If you do decide to cancel, no fee is charged on orders that have not shipped. For items that have shipped, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase and a return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund. Please note that orders are usually processed within 24 hours and are shipped no later than the next business day.

If your mattress has already been opened or there are any other issues and concerns with your product, please contact Team Mellow.

Exchanges are not accepted and replacements are only provided for defective products that apply for warranty.

 

Return for good?

Not fully satisfied? We’re truly sorry to hear that.

The least we can do for you is to make returning process easy. Simply,

  1. print out the pre-paid return shipping label
  2. place label on the outside of the box 
  3. arrange a pickup with / or drop off at your nearest FedEx station.
