Change of heart? That’s OK

We get it. Situations arise and change. If you do decide to cancel, no fee is charged on orders that have not shipped. However, a return shipping fee is deducted from refunds on items that have been shipped. Please note that orders are usually processed within 24 hours and are shipped no later than the next business day.

 

Return for good?

Not fully satisfied? We’re truly sorry to hear that.

The least we can do for you is to make returning process easy. Simply,

  1. print out the pre-paid return shipping label
  2. place label on the outside of the box 
  3. arrange a pickup with / or drop off at your nearest FedEx station.
