Here's what happens once you place your order.

Mellow Shipping team typically ships received orders within 1-2 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a FedEx tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Please also keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or under unfavorable weather conditions. You can use your tracking number to keep a close eye on your order’s journey to you. If in need, Mellow Shipping team will also support you in any way we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Please note, we currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States (not including Hawaii and Alaska).
